Selling welding products online is nothing new, thousands do it, but Lincoln Welding wanted a platform and back-office system that was a custom fit to them. It has to be easy and effective to use, so they could manage the ongoing product population in-house after the initial product range was launched.
Recognising the need for a simple, custom fit, we initially carried out extensive research and assessed a number of e-commerce websites selling industrial products to similar target audiences as Lincoln Welding. This enabled us to present a variety of flexible, functional solutions for consideration, ranging in different price structures.
